Deactivate Your Account

You may deactivate your MyPath account. Because your login used for MyPath is also used for the UC San Diego Health patient web portal MyUCSDChart, that login will not be deleted. Following the instructions below, your data will be deleted from the MyPath application. You will still be able to log in to the application in the future, but the data previously associated with your MyPath account will be deleted. Information shown in MyPath but drawn from your MyUCSDChart account (demographic and appointment scheduling data) will not be deleted because that information is housed in the UC San Diego Health Electronic Medical Record and is part of your medical chart and must be retained for legal and medical purposes.

In the mobile app:

Log in, tap the menu icon (3 lines on top right), tap "Profile", scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account", read the notification and tap the "Remove All Data" button.

If you would like to deactivate your MyUCSDChart login account:

The login account used for MyPath is also used for MyUCSDChart and is not deactivated by following the instructions above. If you would like to deactivate that account, then click this link for instructions to deactivate your MyUCSDChart login account.
